At Peartree, our goal is to ensure that every customer who entrusts their impression to us is delighted with the final result. To reach this goal, we work in a timely and professional manner, with a sharp focus on accuracy and attention to detail. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our process, human errors sometimes happen.

If Peartree is responsible for a misspelling or date error on an impression, we will make the correction then re-fire the impression at our cost.

We keep meticulous customer records. If an error occurs from incorrect information given, we will gladly make the correction. However, a charge will be applied for the re-firing of the impression.

If a customer is unsatisfied with their personalized impression, we are happy to work with them to address their concerns and achieve a suitable solution or understanding.

When you make a purchase with Peartree, as part of the buying and selling process, we require certain personal information such as name, address, phone number and email address.

This information is not shared or sold by us for any reason.

We may however disclose your personal information if required to do so by law.

CONSENT to use the personal information supplied to us, including charges to be applied to your credit card, is implied upon provision of this information to us, only for the purpose of completing the specific transaction requested by you.

SECURE PAYMENT through our online shopping portal is handled by STRIPE Banking. If you choose to purchase through this direct payment gateway, STRIPE will process your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your payment data is stored only for the duration of completing your purchase transaction. Upon completion of the transaction your payment information is deleted. PCI- DSS is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council and helps ensure the secure handling of credit card information when purchasing through Peartree.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES for our payment gateway are provided by STRIPE Banking. As such please be aware that they have their own privacy policies in respect to the information that is required to process purchase transactions. If these service providers are located in a different jurisdiction to either you or us, then your information may become subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. For instance, your information may be governed by United States legislation including the Patriot Act.

SECURITY of your information is important to us so we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately used, accessed, disclosed, altered, lost or destroyed. When providing us with your credit card information it is encrypted, however, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement generally accepted industry standards to keep your information safe.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY may be modified and we reserve the right to make such modifications at any time. Changes and/or clarifications will take effect immediately upon being posted to this website. Any material changes will be notified to you on this site, so that you may keep appraised of what information we collect, how it is used and under what circumstances it may be disclosed. If our business is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to provide you with our products and service.
